Audit The Current System

We’ll look at where information currently lives,  how enquiries, bookings, and requests move through the business, who is responsible for what and where that handover breaks down, and what people are relying on memory or workarounds to manage. I'll spend time with the people using the tools and processes day to day, because that's where the real picture is.

Deep Dive Into Your Tools

Once I understand how your business is currently operating, I will do a deep dive into your platforms on my own to see what you already have set up and also for opportunities to connect the tools you currently have. This gives me the full picture so any recommendations I make next are grounded in reality, not assumptions.

Build The New System

Once we agree on what needs to change, I design and implement the systems that bring it together. That might include: new workflows, rebuilt processes, connected tools, and automations that reduce the manual work your team is currently carrying.

Training

I'll walk you and your team through:

  • how everything fits together
  • how the team uses it day to day
  • how to make adjustments as needed

So that this doesn't become another thing that your team needs to work around. It becomes the way your business runs.

  • How is Evolve different from your other services?

    Evolve is for established organisations that already have systems in place but need them properly overhauled. 


    It always starts with an audit before anything is built or changed because the right solution depends on understanding the full picture first. 


    If you're a solo founder or small team looking for your first proper system, Simplify is likely a better fit.

  • Do we need to prepare anything before the audit?

    Not at all. 


    Part of my job is to understand how things are actually working. 


    Come as you are. I'll ask the right questions and work with what I find.

  • How involved does our team need to be?

    Your team's involvement is essential and valuable. 


    The people using your tools and processes day to day know where the friction is better than anyone. 


    I'll need time with them as part of the audit, and they'll be part of the handover so the new systems actually stick.

  • What if we don't want to implement all of the recommendations?

    That's completely fine. Nothing gets built without your agreement. 


    The recommendations report is the start of a conversation. We implement what makes sense for your organisation, in the order that makes sense for where you are right now.

  • What happens after the project is complete?
