You knew the systems weren't working. Now leadership knows it too.
Evolve is a complete systems overhaul for established organisations whose tools exist but don't talk to each other. It starts with a thorough audit of everything you have. It ends with connected, documented systems your whole team can use and that you can present to leadership with confidence.
You've been saying this needs fixing for a while.
It probably started small. A report that took longer than it should. A question from a senior leader that nobody could answer clearly. A board meeting where the data you needed lived in three different places and had to be pulled together manually the night before.
You flagged it. You knew it was a problem. But without leadership agreement, there wasn't much you could do.
Now you have that agreement. And you need someone who can come in, understand the full picture, and actually fix it - not just recommend a new tool and leave you to figure out the rest.
That's what Evolve is for.
The tools are there. They're just not joined up.
You're not starting from nothing. You have a CRM, a project management platform, a membership database, a finance system... possibly more. The problem isn't that you don't have tools. It's that they don't know each other exist.
So information gets entered in one place and then manually copied into another. And another. The same data, typed three times by three different people.
Nobody has a clear picture of what's actually happening across the organisation because the picture is split across too many places. When someone asks a straightforward question, getting the answer takes far longer than it should and everyone in the room knows it.
There are also gaps. Processes that were never properly built. Workarounds that became permanent fixtures.
Things that fall through the cracks because nobody ever designed a system to catch them.
Your team isn't the problem. The structure is.
A structured overhaul. Built around how your organisation actually runs.
Evolve isn't a report that sits in a drawer. It isn't a recommendation to switch to a new tool and hope for the best.
It starts with me spending proper time inside your organisation understanding the tools, the workflows, the workarounds your team has built because the official process doesn't quite work, and the gaps that everyone's learned to work around.
Then I put together clear recommendations. We agree on what changes. Then I build it.
By the end, your tools are connected. Your team knows who owns what. Information lives in one place and stays there. And when leadership asks a question, you can answer it clearly, quickly, and with confidence.
How Evolve Works
01
Audit the current setup
We start by looking at where things actually stand. Where information lives, how work moves through the organisation, who owns what, and where that breaks down. I spend time with the people using your tools day to day because that's where the real picture is.
02
Deep dive into your tools
Once I understand how the organisation is operating, I go into your platforms properly. I look at what's already set up, what's been left half-finished, and where there are opportunities to connect what you already have. This is where I find the quick wins alongside the deeper fixes.
03
Recommendations and agreement
I come back to you with a clear picture of what I'd recommend changing and why. We go through it together. Nothing moves forward until you're confident in the plan and confident you can present it internally.
04
Build
I design and implement the systems we've agreed on. That might include rebuilt workflows, connected tools, new automations, and clearer processes. Everything is tested before it goes anywhere near your team.
05
Training and handover
I walk you and your team through everything: how it fits together, how to use it day to day, and how to make adjustments as things change. This isn't a handover and goodbye. It's a proper transition so the systems stick.
Want me to stay on?
Most clients find that once their systems are working properly, they want to keep them that way.
After an Evolve project, I offer ongoing retainer support for organisations who'd like me to maintain, optimise, and continue developing their systems over time. As your organisation changes - new tools, new team members, new processes - I make sure the systems keep up.
For operations managers and department heads, this can also mean having a trusted pair of hands for the implementation work that keeps coming up, without having to brief someone new each time.
If this sounds useful, we can talk through what that would look like towards the end of your Evolve project.
Evolve is for your organisation if:
- Your organisation has the tools but they aren't connected. The team is duplicating effort, information lives in too many places, and pulling together a clear picture of anything takes longer than it should.
- You don't have clear visibility across departments and decisions are being made on incomplete information.
- You're not looking for someone to tell you what to do and leave. You need a genuine partner who can work inside your organisation, earn trust quickly, understand the politics as well as the processes, and deliver something you're proud to hand over.
- You're ready to invest properly in getting this right.
And you need someone who will make that investment worth it.
Investment
Evolve engagements run between £10,000 and £20,000 depending on the complexity of your tech stack and the size of your team.
Every Evolve engagement is scoped individually because the right solution depends entirely on the size of your organisation, the complexity of your operations, and the scope of what needs to change.
Before anything begins, you'll have a clear scope, a realistic timeline, and a fixed investment figure - nothing open-ended, nothing that will surprise you part way through.
Evolve projects typically run between one and three months.
The best place to start is a conversation. Fill out the application below. If it's a good fit, I'll invite you to a discovery call where we'll talk through where your organisation is, what's not working, and what a proper overhaul would involve.

FAQs
How is Evolve different from your other services?
Evolve is for established organisations that already have systems and tools in place but those tools aren't connected and the team is carrying the admin burden as a result.
It always starts with a proper audit before anything is built or changed. If you're a smaller business looking to set up your first proper system, Simplify is likely a better fit.
Do we need to prepare anything before the audit?
Not at all. Part of my job is to understand how things are actually working including the workarounds and the bits nobody's proud of.
Come as you are. I'll ask the right questions and work with what I find.
How involved does our team need to be?
Your team's involvement is essential.
The people using your tools and processes day to day know where the friction is better than anyone.
I'll need time with them during the audit, and they'll be part of the handover so the new systems actually stick.
What if we don't want to implement all of the recommendations?
That's completely fine. Nothing gets built without your agreement.
The recommendations report is the start of a conversation, not a prescription. We implement what makes sense for your organisation, in the order that makes sense for where you are right now.
How do I make the case for this internally?
That's something I can help with. Once we've had a discovery call and I understand your situation, I can help you put together what you need to get sign-off, whether that's a clear summary of the scope and investment, or something more detailed for a senior leadership team or board.
What happens after the project is complete?
You'll have full documentation and a recorded walkthrough of everything that's been built.
If you'd like ongoing support to maintain, optimise, and develop your systems as the organisation grows and changes, I offer retainer options for exactly that.
How long does an Evolve project take?
Most Evolve projects run between one and three months.
The exact timeline depends on the complexity of your organisation and the scope of what we're building.
We'll agree on a realistic timeline as part of the scoping process before anything begins.
What does the custom quote include?
Your quote will clearly set out the scope of work, the timeline, the investment, and the payment structure.
Nothing will be vague or open-ended. You'll know exactly what you're getting before you commit to anything.
