It depends on the complexity of your current setup: the number of automations, the size of your data, and the platforms involved.
I'll include a realistic timeline in your proposal so you know exactly what to expect before we start.
Will my business have any downtime during the move?
The goal with every Seamless migration is zero disruption.
I plan and build everything in the new platform before anything is switched over, so your team can keep working and your clients won't notice a thing.
What platforms do you work with?
I'm platform-agnostic. I don't believe one tool works for everyone.
I've worked across a wide range of platforms including Kajabi, Kartra, Systeme.io, Zoho, ClickUp, Mailchimp, Dubsado and more. I also love learning new platforms.
If you're not sure whether your platforms are covered, just ask.
What do I need to have ready before we start?
Not much. After our discovery call I'll send you a clear list of what I need access to and when. Most clients find the pre-migration process much simpler than they expected.
Do I need to understand the technical side of things?
Not at all.
That's exactly what I'm here for. You don't need to know what a DNS record is or how automations are structured.
I'll handle all of that and explain anything you need to know in plain language.
What if something needs adjusting after the migration?
Before we go live, everything is tested thoroughly. But if something comes up after handover, I'm always available to help.
We'll agree on a support window as part of your project so you're never left without a safety net.
What if I'm not sure which platform to move to?
That's a perfectly normal place to be.
As an optional add-on, I offer a platform research service. I look at your business, how your team works, and what you need, and come back to you with the best two or three options with a clear recommendation.
